Here are some things you can do if you don't want to look like someone out of a horror movie when you wake up in the morning, follow these tips and you will look better when you wake up in the morning.
- Scrub Down
you need to wash your face in the night before going to bed in order to clean off the dirt you accrued during the day.
- Brush your teeth
yes, please do brush your teeth before going to bed, it makes you have a fresh breath when you wake up in the morning.
- Face fixing
you can apply any good facial cream before going to bed, but it is good to apply natural treatments to your phone (check my article tips on how glow your face).
- Off those power
Turn off the Tv and leave your phone aside before you sleep. fewer screens makes you rest better.
